Four Seasons replaced our furnace, central air, and thermostat a few weeks ago. My experience started out great with Larry coming out to look at our current equipment and then he came back to make several recommendations for us to choose from. He was super nice and explained all the options in simple terms and wasn't pushy, at all. The team who came out to install the furnace, A/C and thermostat were on time and professional. We did have a lingering smell of natural gas after the install that didn't seem to be dissipating. I called and Terry came out within an hour to check it out. Great Madison area company right here in Oregon. After the initial visit Larry returned and presented a very detailed proposal for our furnace and air conditioner replacement. He took the time to present the different options and pricing for the various equipment selections available, he also chose equipment that was sized correctly for my home which I can tell you wasn't the case with several other competitors in the area who undersized the equipment to be competitive with Four Seasons. The installation is neat and well engineered the installers were very respectful of our home. The Armstrong and Aprilaire equipment is quiet beyond belief and heats our home beautifully. It was a warm day and my AC began making strange noises. Since it was a Friday, I wanted to get the AC checked before the weekend began. I called and within 30 minutes, a repairman was here! He explained what was going on and made the repairs. At the end of the service call, he explained my future options and was extremely pleasant. You cannot go wrong with this company! I will not hesitate to contact them again when my furnace needs its' annual checkup.

Larry came out the next day for a problem with our thermostat. We have only been in the area for a few years and they were recommended by the OREGON WI INFO Facebook page members. They were right. Fast, friendly and very reasonable priced. We will be calling them annually now to have our water heater serviced . ( Apparently they thing is supposed to be cleaned out annually - Who knew?)

They installed my furnace and AC 20 years ago and did a great job. It was time to replace them so naturally I turned to them again and they did another fantastic job! I had a separate issue with the exhaust vent in the kitchen and asked them about it. They even fixed that up while they were on site.
